Cardiff Against Business Crime

Welcome to CABC

Cardiff Against Business Crime (CABC) is the name of the Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) in Cardiff. It was established by FOR Cardiff BID (Business Improvement District) in 2017 and accredited in 2019 by the National Association of Business Crime Partnerships (NABCP) to deliver projects and initiatives to detect and reduce crime and ASB in the city centre. Our most recent reaccreditation was in January 2025.

Local businesses work in partnership with South Wales Police, Cardiff Council, FOR Cardiff BID, and other stakeholders to make Cardiff city centre safer and more welcoming for those living in, working in, and visiting the city.
